16 Week Ultrasound Gender. I did an elective with my first at 16 weeks and it was obvious. All its organs muscles limbs and bones are in place and the sex organs are well developed. 16 Weeks pregnant full ultrasound of baby Boy. US says 15 weeks but at the end of the US it is recalculated to 16 GA.
16 weeks is the earliest that a gender ultrasound can be provided however you can request for one at any point after that time. Between weeks 18 and 20 a trained sonographer will perform a detailed anatomy scan called a level 2 ultrasound. What the heck does that mean. This is our 16 week ultrasound where we went to peek-a-belly in order to find out the gender of our baby early. HB heartbeat was 155. Typically by that time your babys external anatomy has been formed and should be accurate if you decide to find out.
This time Im doing a 3D elective at 15 weeks.

I tried figureing it out myself but I couldnt tell what the heck I was looking at. What the heck does that mean. Has anyone had a gender determining ultrasound at or around 16 weeks that was later proved to be accurate.
