Im not doing anything different to when i was pregnant with my little girl but i didnt show with her until i was 1213 weeks. Ur belly looks so cute. I just found out today that im also pregnant with twins. During pregnancy the amount of blood in your body increases and even more so when carrying twins versus just one baby. I have had a few multiple pregnancies so I have a feeling its multiple because I have never felt movement any earlier than 13 weeks.
