Anatomy Scan 17 Weeks. I had my full anatomy scan at 17 weeks and they were able to get all of their measurements and we found put we were having a boy. The anatomy scan is a level 2 ultrasound which is typically performed on pregnant women between 18 and 22 weeks. Im sure if your doc wants you to have one in a few weeks they will tell you and schedule another one anyways. Im in the opposite boatmy midwife booked mine for 17 weeks 4 daysthe tech called me and had to move it to 17 weeks 2days todayits so hard in my town if I want to avoid driving two hours to the city I have to get it done at my clinic and th tech is only there once a weekI wasnt able o get any time off work the day she is in town in the next coming weeks so this week is the only time I could get it done.

In some countries sonograms are performed just twice during pregnancy. I want any reassurance possible and my partner has decided that the possibility of knowing earlier if there are issues that need further investigation is still better.
